Floral Care Information

Dried and preserved flowers are great value for money. They can last for years if they are cared for correctly.

Keep the flower arrangement indoors away from harsh environments, heaters and direct sunlight. Too much time in the sun and they will start to lose their color.

Dried flowers can become dusty, a feather duster with a gentle sweeping motion will remove the dust. You can also use a hair dryer with a cold, low setting to gently blow and dust off the pedals and leaves.

Use the hair dryer in short sweeping motions over all the dried flowers with compressed air. Do not get too close or you may damage the flowers with the power of the emission.

Don't get them wet. Do not place your flower arrangements in high humidity rooms such as the bathroom.

Some of the preserved and dried flowers in these arrangments are home grown by me. The rest are acquired from small Australian businesses.
